Transformational Program Governance
Response
Transformational Governance typically occurs at three levers within the organisation and aligns with three specific time periods, Sprint, Month and quarterly.
At an organisational level the Transformational Team retain responsibility for tracking the progress of the Organisational Objectives & Key Results. These governance sessions are established to occur on a quarterly basis with the purpose of measuring progress. Furthermore, they also enable the Organisational Leaders and Stakeholders to make any appropriate changes to the Strategic Goal.
A mid-tier governance model is led by the Transformational Team, with significant input from the Agile Centre of Excellence. These monthly ceremonies focus on monitoring the progress of the Transformational Roadmap creation of the Transformational Blueprint and Agile Team Mobilisation schedule.
The most frequent governance ceremony rests with the Agile Centre of Excellence, which seeks to assess the performance of the mobilised agile teams, their progress towards their own Portfolio and Team Objectives & Key Results. Furthermore, regular capability and maturity assessments help the Agile Centre of Excellence establish the performance of the Team Mobilisation Schedule, which includes the coaching and learning experience.
