The Product Owner must ensure

On one side they're responsible for understanding and delivering on the goals of the organisation (i.e. business outcomes). On the other side, their constant dialogue with the customers, partners and the need to take into account a series of other externalities, calls for constant assessment and taking decisions.Product Owners are constantly been required to perform a balancing act. 

Constant appraisal of the latest iteration, feedback, whether for a Feature or release, whilst pleasing both new and existing customers alike places great pressure on Product Owners.

Product Owners must therefore be strong minded, committed, passionate, excellent communicators, confident and highly data driven individuals. to ensure clear and concise actions are taken and chaos doesn't rule.
