In July, 25 we discussed the changing nature of enterprise agility coaching and consulting. In particular, how the perceived value of their operational (methods & practices) expertise is being substituted by Generative AI capabilities. In part two of our series on the disruptive nature and the potential of Generative AI, we turn our focus towards its potential impact on the function of Product Management. And like our earlier discussion we draw the readers attention to a number of challenges and threats posed by Generative AI as well as some of the emerging opportunities and actions, which we believe Product Management needs to tackle today.
