Colocating an agile team will breakdown silo’d and traditional disciplined/functional ways of working. This in turn will fuels the following operational and behavioural changes:

dramatically reduce the time taken to hand over tasks throughout the value chain.
rapid and persistent knowledge sharing amongst multiple disciplines.
create a strong sense of co-ownership.
establishes a clear and consistent identify for the agile team and its mission.
encourages sponsors and leadership to comes to the work to absorb themselves in the project on a regular basis.
fuels co-ownership, co-creation and co-delivery and reward amongst the entire agile team.
