Agile Team Mission

During the initial few days of launching a new Agile Team, they come together during the first week to complete the definition and publication of the Team's Mission Statement (North Star), so that the entire Team and beyond are clear as to the purpose or goal of their work.

The mission statement must make it very clear who are the Team's primary customers

Other missions may include:

Mission 1 - Launch an intelligent Retrospective Tool to demonstrate the value of the structured knowledge held in the Monetical Knowledge Base

Mission 2 - Launch a series of digital Agile Capability and Maturity assessments to enable an individual SME to benchmark themselves against the industry

Mission 3 - Launch a series of Digital Mobilisation Projects that enable individual Scrum Masters to retain responsibility for introducing Agile ways of working and a growth mindset without the need for external support.

Mission 4 - Provide a virtual assistant interface to the suite of Monetical applications to significantly increase the real-time accessibility to the constantly growing knowledge repository that will demonstrate a Digital Consulting Service offers significant advantages over the traditional management and contractor approach.

The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the Team's Mission Statement is published on the main Information Wall (board) of the Team's collaborative space.
