We are seeking a number of Independent Training Consultants in three territories: Europe, North America and Asia. The role is home-based although frequent travels within your territory (approx 60%) will be required.

• Work with Monetical to define, create and maintain our training portfolio. Where necessary, you will work with the customer to develop training content that matches their business requirements.
• Work with Monetical’s product managers to extract relevant information from technical documents that are to be included in training courses
• Deliver classroom based trainings
• Co-ordinate supporting technical resources (e.g. sub-contractors, production of training materials)
• If required, set-up a training area and equipment to create a favourable environment for attendees to learn
• Attend review meetings to provide and receive information to ensure that changes to training content and delivery are made when required.

The suitable candidates will have a mix of the following experiences and skills. You may not have all of these skills, but if you are motivated, are an experienced trainer with flair and integrity we are still interested in hearing from you.

• Certified Project Manager
• PRINCE2, CMMI, ISO
• Proven track record (min. 5 years) in the design and delivery of training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to present to groups
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Time management & resource planning skills
• Coaching skills and ability to provide valuable feedback
• MS office (especially Word & PowerPoint)
• Commercial awareness
• Self motivated
• Two languages preferred: English and the language of your assigned area
