To ensure excellent client experience, we have an open opportunity for a Client Programme Manager.
Purpose of the Job
- Ensure we successfully convert sales opportunities into successful client sites.
- To take total accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing Monetical client’s programmes.
- Responsible for management and execution of Monetical client’s evaluation and deployment of consulting software service.
- Ensuring all timelines, budget and commercial aspects of the relationship are delivered
- Responsible for the management/direction of the Monetical technology Team to deliver client enhancements.
Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for the management of all activities relating to the successful evaluation and deployment of Monetical’s consulting software service within its client base.
- Generation of project management-documentation containing the final status of the programme objective plans, WBS, resources plans, milestone plans and costing plans at the end of the programme.
- Responsible for technology team to support and deliver against the telecommunication client’s own development programme.
- Work closely with other Monetical teams/departments to ensure that the commercial aspects of the relationship are met and that the commercial relationship is fully understood by both parties (internal as well as external)
- Create a close working relationship with the Customer Quality, I.T. and Engineering Management functions to promote a long term business relationship.
- Liaise with the Monetical Customer Services to design and deliver the appropriate knowledge transfer activities.

- Demonstrate programme management and Leadership behaviours to actively promotes collaboration across all levels, departments and regions
- Responsible for programmes budgets in excess of Euro 1M
- Understands and supports our objectives of putting the customer at the heart of the business
- Demonstrates commitment and passion for achieving business goals
- Leads by example, inspiring and motivating others and provides clear direction
- Delivers clear, direct and relevant communications
