“Change management is a crucial factor in organisational success. This software provides a structured approach for all organisational members to assess the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, and then best practice guidance on how to enhance success, whilst remaining focused on future goals.” Prof. Chris Clegg.

Monetical's Founder, John E. Abram commented, ‘we are delighted to be able to provide our clients with the ability to evaluate their own capability in this important field’. Adding, ‘our Change Management Audit Module, incorporating Chris’s expertise, provides our clients with the necessary means to evaluate their change capability and to identify critical challenges.
