Press Release Org. Change Explained
Introduction

Any change programme needs to further the strategic goals of the company. If it doesn’t they are wasting their time! Organisations must understand how any planned change program closely aligns with the business strategy.

The adoption of new IT systems or the improvement of a software solution itself brings significant change for any organisation. To succeed, organisations need to understand and act upon the necessary changes to five key areas, products & services, management, operations, process and resources. However, understanding which changes are needed to success is a challenge in itself. How change is managed within companies (and the need to move from 'push' to 'pull' in change projects) must steer these efforts.

Exploit Monetical’s Organisational Change Audit to determine how well you compare against known best practices. “Change management is a crucial factor in organisational success. Monetical provides a structured approach for all organisational members to assess the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, and then best practice guidance on how to enhance success, whilst remaining focused on future goals.” Prof. Chris W. Clegg.
