NHS Alfresco Implementation Turn Around in Just 12 weeks

After 6 months into the Alfresco implementation, the NHS called time on the appointed traditional system integrators for failing to meet a number of important milestones. Monetical were then approached to turn around the project and to ensure confidence in their choice of content management system was not eroded further.
