Performance Benchmarking
Each benchmarking audit that occurs in each Sprint requires less than 5 minutes of the Scrum Master's time to administer and a few minutes to solicit the input from team members and stakeholders. A series of on-demand tools that provide direct access to the necessary preconfigured knowledge enable real-time analysis to identify best practices which should be employed.
Step 1 - Capture
Solicit information for each audit from the entire Sprint team, stakeholders and customers in a timely manner via an on-demand web application. |

Step 2 - Analyse
Rapidly analyse the feedback from individual audits to determine the current performance capability against preconfigured best practices. |

Step 3 - Diagnose
Efficiently identify the root cause/s and inference/s of performance issues using the on-demand diagnose tools. |
