A dedicated infrastructure consulting assignment enables the Program Manager to evaluate and optimise their migration from a predominately Waterfall development led environment to Agile. This is achieved by granting access to a number of online performance audits that help identify performance challenges and exploit best practices contained within the Monetical knowledge database.

The preconfigured consulting assignment workflow ensures collaboration amongst the right staff to determine the appropriate changes needed to existing processes, applications and resources to introduce Agile.

Each assignment consists of 8 individual audits. Each audits focusing on an organisational topic, e.g. resource management, operational management & financial assessment.

A single performance audit requires less than 5 minutes of the Transformational Program Owners time to administer and a few minutes to solicit the input from stakeholders.

A series of on-demand tools enable the analysis and diagnosis of challenges that may arise from the results.

Gain access to an array of preconfigured expertise ensures the Transformational Program Owner spend the majority of their time managing those items that are known to have the greatest influence on a typical transformational program.

Each of the key performance audits that make up the transformational program workflow consist of four key stages:

Step 1 - Configure

A wizard helps the Program Manager to:
I. Tailor the audits to accommodate unique organisational characteristics
II. Identify members of the transformational team (this typically includes the project who will first adopt Agile).
III. Trigger individual audit workflows that request participants to respond via a web based application – having received a notification via email.
Step 2 - Capture

Individual participants, e.g. dept. managers, stakeholders and analysts respond to a series of questions that cover a particular topic. Questions are framed in such away that it allows the them to clearly indicate current behaviour and in their view how well the organisation is exploiting best pratices and known risks.
Step 3 - Diagnose

Diagnosis focusses on establishing how well prepared a particular function, process or resource is to adopt Agile. Finding give a clear indiciation as to what further changes are need to ensure a successful transformational process and identify weaknesses in the current program or organisational environment. A tailored on-demand root cause analysis tool helps identify fundermental weaknesses and identify the appropriate corrective actions.
Step 4 - Optimise

Program Managers can effectively monitor performance improvement throughout the program, promote best practices across the organisation. Where necessary the Program Manager can perform additional audits to drive the trasnformational program to an optimum level of performance.
